Abhishek led end-to-end planning and delivery of the opening/closing ceremonies, featuring a first-of-its-kind 100-ft pyramid structure installed inside the stadium with immersive content mapping that narrated Uttarakhand’s heritage and sporting spirit. He owned the full stack—creative & content direction, cue-to-cue showcalling, mass-cast rehearsals, AV/lighting/scenic integration, HSE, and multi-agency ops—while managing VVIP protocol and secure movements for dignitaries including the Prime Minister and Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. The production synchronized broadcast, multilingual SI, VVIP Protocols & security management, motorcade, and emergency plans, delivering a seamless, high-impact spectacle for a national audience.
